Choice of the supplementary outrigger model

The supplementary outriggers are accessories to be used for installation together with different kinds of lifting equipment or to support containers, in order to achieve a suitable stability condition. The choice of the right model is to be made after calculating the extension required to grant the equipment stability. Starting from this it will be possible to identify the correct model according to the maximum force required on the outriggers. All details and indications regarding the choice of the stabilizer and the stability calculation are included in the “Installation Instructions”. The version is to be chosen according to the type of mounting and vehicle.
Supply conditions

1) The MAXISTAB supplementary outriggers are delivered fully assembled, in compliance with dimensional features.
2) Painting by repaintable rust-proof bi-component epoxy primer, black colour.
3) Manual lock valves on stabilizers cylinders for small size range.
4) Double-acting lock valves on stabilizer cylinders for all series from 2 onwards.
5) Double-acting lock valves on stabilizer cylinders available on small size range on request.
6) Simple and complete hydraulic system for an easy connection to the operating controls.
7) Packing on wood base suitable for handling by forklift or transpallet.
8) Each stabilizer is fitted with relevant CE-Declaration and an envelope with decal kit to be applied on the outriggers after mounting and repainting.
9) Installation Instructions and full Spare Parts Manual supplied with the stabilizers and available on-line.
